Returns, Refunds & Money Back Guarantee

If your satisfaction with our product is not absolute, you have the option to return it within 30 days from the order date for a complete refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping and handling charge.

Refunds are granted only under specific conditions, requiring the product to be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To facilitate a refund, the returned product must be accompanied by the original invoice. Once our customer support processes the request, a full refund will be issued to the cardholder.

Additional Information:

Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method. If the original method is no longer accessible, the refund will be forfeited. Normally, refunds are expected to be received by the customer within 5-7 business days, but the duration may extend based on the policies of the bank or credit card company.

Please note that refunds cannot be processed for prepaid debit cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

By placing an order for a product or subscribing, you grant us the right to terminate your account under suspicion and cease our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, taking effect immediately. This action may lead to the closure of your account, while your information will be retained in our archived records.
